  • What is an infographic ?

A visual image, such as a chart or diagram, used to represent information or data.


  • Do you offer framed artwork in sizes or options different than the options on your website?

Currently we are offering only what you see on the site, but please check back, new pieces are in the works.


  • I placed an order but didn’t receive confirmation. What do I do? 

Please check your junk/spam folder. If you still do not find your order confirmation, then do send us a message (contact form) so that we can confirm that your order was properly received.


  • When will I receive my order?

Production time is typically 4-5 business days. Delivery in the USA generally takes another 5 business days, but may take up to 12 business days. Outside of the USA, delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks, though delivery may take up to a month.


  • Do you ship internationally and will I have to pay for customs and VAT?

Yes and yes: We ship some products internationally and the purchaser is responsible for any customs or VAT due upon delivery.


  • Can I change or cancel my order, or update my shipping address?

Please contact us immediately if you have made a mistake with your order (wrong address, etc.). We cannot guarantee that any changes can be made once your order has been placed, but we will do our best to accommodate.


  • What if I don’t receive my order or my tracking link is not valid?

If you do not receive your order within the time frame listed above (“When will I receive my order?”), or if your tracking link is not functional, then please contact us so that we may assist.


  • What if my product is defective or damaged?

If there is a production mistake or shipping damage, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order so that we can arrange for a replacement product.


  • What are your exchange, refund, and return policies?

We will send a replacement if you receive a damaged product (please see above, “What if my product arrives defective or damaged?”). Due to the bespoke nature of our production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
